Description
In the LeanFoody cooperation project, fields of application for lean management principles and methods for food production are to be developed and fields of action identified over five workshop days. With this, the companies should get to know a management tool in order to counteract waste in the future, in order to increase productivity by reducing material stocks, transport routes and throughput times. Effects from knowledge gain therefore have both ecological and economic impacts.
